ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.277

The version was released on September 30, 2021 and addresses the following:

Enhancements:

1. ICD Codes updated for 2022 starting with October 1, 2021 Encounters/Discharges.
2. Performance improvement for delete functionality.
3. Data Element Date Sampled added to Abstractor Productivity and Abstraction Count in field list. These will display a blank if the measure set is not sampled.
4. Patient Population Report  - Discharge/Service Date displays in both UI and sFTP reports. Date displayed is Service Date (Encounter Date) for Outpatients and Discharge Date for Inpatients.
5. Working quarter will remain when page is changed.
6. Arrival Date added to Continuous Measures Results Report.
7. Added year field to sFTP Event Rate Results.
8. IPF Non-Measure Data updated Global Sampling Methodology verbiage for clarity.
9. IRR delete cases function has been added and an IRR Deleted Visits report added.
10. Masshealth Specifications for 7/1/2021 - 12/31/2021 implemented.
11. OP Quarterly Oversample/Undersample is available in the field list on the Quarterly Population and Sampling report.
12. Quarterly true-up will add Outpatient cases if the sample size does not meet the Quarterly sampling requirement for Outpatient.
    
    

Fixed Issues:

1. SEP Bundle Report corrected to always put a case in Septic Shock 3-hour Bundle Denominator for Persistent Hypotension = 3  or 4.
2. Patient Names will update on EVENTS when new values are submitted in the IPPS Base file.
