      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.276 **Updated 9/14/2021

      The version was released on September 9, 2021 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. ICD-10 Code Tables updated for 10/1/2021 Discharges/Encounters (ICD-10 2022 Code Tables) for all platforms.
      2. Medisolv Staging Key (GWTG ID) added to Account Details section of the Floating Toolbar on the worksheets.
      3. TJC DDSP Report will display ONLY active exclusions for the time period selected.
      4. sFTP Current Folder created.  Clients receiving sFTP reports will see a "Current" folder that contains the most recently generated reports. **This will not be in place until 9/16/21.
      5. Last Import Date field is now available as an option on the Cases No Longer in Population report.
      6. Gender and Ethnicity have been added to the HF Population Report.
      7. OP-29 Case Replacement will add replacement cases from the month the case was excluded/ineligible in. If there is no additional case in that month, a case will be added from anywhere in the quarter.
      8. New User Access category for Inactive users.  If a User needs to be removed, they should be marked Inactive. This will remove access to the facilities, until they are completely removed from the back end.  An additional restriction has been placed on the User Access page to require at least one box for each user to be checked. An error will be received on save if no boxes are checked. If one Inactive box is checked, it will cascade to all facilities within an organization.
      9. Potential Duplicates enhancement to identify cases that appear in multiple facilities that share a CCN.
      10. Other Calendar for aggregate data submissions updated on Submission Details tab of the Home page .
      11. sFTP report extra space removed from all reports for consistency.
      12. Sepsis Bundle Breakdown Methodology help document is available on the Sepsis Bundle Report lower grid - Sepsis Bundle Breakdown. A new Help icon is on the lower grid. Clicking this will open the document.
      Issues Fixed:
      1. Sepsis Bundle Breakdown Calculation Error has been corrected.
      2. IRR worksheets were not opening when quarter is locked. This is fixed.
      3. Rate Measure Results report was not running in certain saved view circumstances. This is corrected.
      4. Case History report not displaying times when exporting to excel. This is corrected.
      5. IRR Sampling was selecting cases that are not in the Abstraction List. This has been corrected.
      6. IRR CSTK cases not completing. This is corrected.
