      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.270

      The version was released on August 19, 2021 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. MASS Health worksheets will display a pop-up when name is "NOT PROVIDED". This is not a hard-stop, it is a warning - the case can still be saved.
      2. Rate Measures Report - new field called Month/Year added to the Field List.
      3. Location ID added to the Field List on HBIPS Event Grid on the Abstraction page.
      4. Created Base Data Import Changes report for Base File Imports.
      5. Support opening EncorE patient details in a different window/tab from the floating toolbar eMeasure icon for ENCOR Abstracted Meditech environment.
      6. IRR Sampling of Specific Cases no longer requires the monthly true-up to have run.  
      7. Quarter field added to field list of Composite Performance Report.
      8. IRR will no longer lock once the quarter is locked for submission.
      9. The Organization name will show in the title bar.
      10. IRR -DEAR report alterations to bring them into alignment. This enhancement adds continuous measures to the DEAR report.
      11. Mapping added for mode of arrival to gs_patientarrival in GWTG.
      12. Patient Name added to the field list for Patient Population Report.
      13. All reports now display NaN for a zero denominator.
      14. Populate demographic data from HBIPS Event to IRR if there is no discharged case.
      15. IRR CSTK-10 and CSTK-02 grids are now available beginning with 3Q2021.
      16. SPECIFICATIONS: Implement 2022 ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Codes starting with 10/1/2021.
      17. SPECIFICATIONS: Implement 2022 ICD-10-PCS Procedure Codes starting with 10/1/2021.
      18. Sepsis Bundle - A note for Q32021 has been added to remind users that CMS has not yet published the 3Q/4Q2021 SEP Bundle algorithm to update the Bundle results. The note will state: NOTE: Due to SEP-1 Algorithm changes, starting with 3Q2021 Discharges, this report may be inaccurate until CMS publishes the new SEP Bundle Algorithm and Breakdown for 3Q/4Q2021.
      Fixed Issues:
      1. Diagnosis codes processing order was causing a mismatch and generating a false file import change flag.  This has been fixed.
      2. Clinical Files with rejections for an Invalid CCN will now display the message,  "Invalid Data: CmsMedicareId" on the Clinical File Rejections Report.
      3. Reverse Measure Indication legend item (*) will only display on the floating toolbar for worksheets with a reverse measure.
      4. SEP Bundle Grid was including cases in Severe Sepsis 3-hour bundle if Blood Culture Collection was allowable value 2 and Broad Spectrum Antibiotic Time was < -1440.  In this case, the case should be excluded based on Antibiotic Timing.  This only occurred if Blood Culture Collection was responded to.
      5. Reports - Display issue after grouping and expanding with lists being cut off is fixed.
      6. Category 651 on IPF Non Measure Data fails if any data is included for import clients.
      7. Quarterly spelling corrected - IPF Non-Measure Data page.
