      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.264 **Updated 8/5/2021

      The version was released on July 29, 2021 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. Changed Quarterly True-Up Date to March 1 for 4Q on Home page.
      2. Sepsis Bundle Report Enhancement - added Outlier field.
      3. Abstraction Status added to the  Field List on Potential Duplicates Report.
      4. Quarterly Population and Sampling report is available in application instead of export only.
      5. Added ability to access the worksheet from Cases Updated After Last Save detail section.
      6. Case History Report - changed the name of Last Import Update field to Last Import Date field for clarity of the field's meaning.
      7. Submission Edit Check Report added fields - CCN, Virtual CCN and Annotation.
      8. Annotation field added to Cases No Longer in Population Report.
      9. Event Rate Results Report added as an option to Weekly SFTP Download Reports.
      10. Blank files will no longer be created for SFTP retrieval.
      11. Continuous Measure Results - Annotation will display text instead of clipboard icon.
      12. Verbiage added to the Medisolv Quarterly Submission Details for HBIPS on the Home page as a reminder for data expected for the TJC Medisolv Data Due Date.
      13. Added a note to Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock measure set in the Measure Set selection filters to indicate that it is no longer current.
      14. Reports Category - Presubmission Checks added. This report category includes reports that are run prior to submission to check for any potential submission issues. The reports are included under other report categories. They have been placed here for ease of access during the pre-submission period. This list is not all-inclusive for pre-submission activities. Please refer to the pre-submission e-mail for a list of pre-submission checks that should be performed.
      15. Added additional fields to fields lists on reports.
        1. Added HCO ID to Case History Report and Patient Population Report.
        2. Added CCN to Patient Population Report.
        3. Added HCO ID and CCN to Event Rate Results.
      16. Abstracted Data Element Report: MINRESTRNT and MINSECLSON will now populate. This ONLY applies to events entered/saved after this upgrade.
      17. IRR Mismatches feature changed to compare only fields that have been answered by at least one abstractor.
      18. IRR DEAR Report will no longer compare calculated time fields.
      19. IRR CAAR Report - Sepsis added.
      20. HBIPS-EVT Unlimited import file and HBIPS-EVT import file- Modification to the Medisolv Import Specs. Zero will not be accepted as Restraint Event Minutes or Seclusion Event Minutes.  Overlapping events will be rejected.
      21. Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry 'JC' column changed to 'TJC'.
      22. Case Evaluator updated to show only the path taken and not all paths.
      23. Sepsis Bundle Report has a new Sepsis Bundle Breakdown grid that displays performance on selected data elements of the algorithm.
      24. Save View Layout was added to the Measure Decision Point Report.
      25. IRR abstraction list now has the Annotation icon available.
