      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.256

      The version was released on July 8, 2021 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. HBIPS-Global worksheet update - under Measure column in the worksheet, the specific measure set the question pertains to is displayed.
      2. OP-29 - cases ineligible or not in population will be replaced by a new case automatically.  Deleted cases will not be replaced.
      3. Abstraction Count Report - Visit Total has been added when grouping by Measure ID.
      4. New Report - GWTG Report will display GWTG Submission cases and result (success or failure).
      5. TJC DDSP Data Entry Report has been updated - filtering for all grids by HCOID and Measure ID is now available. All filters are able to be cleared for ll grids.  TJC Order will put exclusions in the correct order for DDSP data entry.
      6. Cases missing Principal Procedure, but having Other Procedure Codes, will be rejected on import.
      7. New Report - PC-06 Numerator Report will display the reason why a PC-06 case is an outlier.
      8. New Role created - Data Administrator role in ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures has access to some reports in Facility Admin, the entire reporting menu, but no abstraction access. This is for EA Cloud Application only. It is intended for client users who are either sending data to or obtaining data from ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures.
      9. The Clinical Trial value from the Hospital Information page will be used in the worksheets if the import file does not contain a value for that data element.
      10. Clinical File imports will be accepted for IPF Inpatient Days and Leave Days. Please see Medisolv File Import Specifications for details on format.
      11. PC-Mothers Clinical Files Import will reject cases with values that are not allowable per specifications for Gestational Age.

      Fixed Issues:

      1. Time calculated fields have been removed from the DEAR Report under IRR.
      2. Submission Edit Checks has been corrected to allow Homeless as a valid value.
      3. HBIPS-TOB-2/2a rolled back for 3Q2020 and 4Q2020 to align with IPF (TJC updated the denominator starting with 7/1/2020, whereas IPFQR did not update until 1/1/2021). Save all cases will be needed for HBIPS-Global for 3Q2020 and 4Q2020. Advisors will be performing resaves. Any data submitted to IPF via HQR may need to be updated.  An announcement will be posted to the Home Page Announcements within ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures.
