      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.249

      The version was released on June 9, 2021 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. Specifications Update: TJC July 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021.
      2. Changed GWTG ID to Medisolv Staging Key (GWTG ID) on SFTP Reports.
      3. Added ability for enable/disable columns on the Manage Abstracted Data Elements page.
      4. Added HBIPS-GLOBAL Measures to Composite Performance Report.
      5. Added ‘Import Change Flag’ and ‘Is Locked’ to Case History and Patient Population Reports.
      6. Added Inpatient/Outpatient (from the staging table) to the Cases No Longer in Population Field List.
      7. Added Discharge Disposition to CSTK worksheets starting July 1, 2021 discharges (3Q2021).
      8. Added timing formula to Abstracted Data Element Export - Export Column Description.
      9. Sepsis Bundle Report by Quarter is available.
      10. Hard Stop removed from CSTK worksheets for Procedure Times. If Procedure Time is required by algorithm, the case will remain In Progress until the missing element is completed. 
      11. Specifications Update: Outpatient Encounters 14.0b 07/01/2021 to 12/31/2021.
      12. TJC DDSP Report - Moved Exclusions grid to below Ratio Measures grid and above Event Measures grid.
      13. Warning before timeout added. Message will pop-up and tab will flash at 59 minutes prior to 60 minute log-off. Click ok to remain logged in.
      14. CSTK- Clinical File - New column added, "Mode of Arrival" for CSTK-09 effective 7/1/2021 Discharges.
      15. Invalid Import Results maximum record display reduced to 65k.
      16. Field List size expanded.

      FIXED ISSUES:

      1. Updated query for percentage of final coded cases on Quarter Sampling page for SEP Meditech DR systems only.
      2. TJC DDSP Report: 2021 Q1 and Q2 Exclusions Questions dated 2020. Exclusions are correct for 2021, date range verbiage removed.
      3. Corrected name of MassHealth CCM-3 Measure Timely Transmittal of Transition Record.
      4. Procedure Time saves for non-CSTK cases made consistent.
      5. Submission Edit Checks report 24-hour calculation fixed.
      6. Quarterly Sampling Status on the home page updated to reflect shared CCNs.
      7. Fixed SEP worksheet scrolling to Procedure Prior to Admission after entering ANY date or time field.
      8. E/M Code not getting updated when E/M code is sent as empty is fixed.
      9. IRR Sampling by month corrected.
