ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.235

The version was released on May 6, 2021 and addresses the following:

Enhancements:

1. SPECIFICATIONS: MASSHEALTH 14.0 Release Notes July 1, 2021 Discharges - change to CCM NOT Implemented.  This was delayed to January 1, 2022 per MassHealth.
2. The Home Page contact e-mails on Quick Links are now links.
3. The Floating Toolbar will allow a Visual or Text rendition of Measure Status starting 3Q2021. 
4. New Report: Submission Edit Checks displays potential Critical and Informational Edits at submission.
5. Hard stop added to SEP worksheet for Critical Edit - Procedure Date is after Discharge Date. 
6. Alert will display on the worksheet in the procedure section if the procedure date is prior to admission date.   This is not a hard stop.
7. SPECIFICATIONS: Implemented DDSP Chart Abstracted Guide release notes for 1/1/2021 Discharges/Encounters.
8. Psych Inpatient Days can be entered for only those facilites that have HBIPS Measures enabled.
9. Required for MASSHealth reminder added to First Name and Last Name on MassHealth worksheets - CCM, MAT-4 and NEWB-1.
10. First and Last Name have been removed from the Outpatient CMS submission files as they are not required.
11. Workflow Audit Report lists Medisolv IDs and Account Numbers down instead of across now.
12. Date range was added to versions for inpatient, outpatient and MassHealth Print Worksheet for clarification.
13. Appendix A (ICD-10 Code Tables) was added to Abstraction Worksheet Help Icon.

Fixed Issues:

1. When a case is locked, all associated cases will lock, regardless of the lock method - from the worksheet or from any save all/lock all process.
2. Save and Lock option & Unlock icon on IRR worksheet were removed.
3. Update IRR so that it saves the procedure times in the new format, preventing incorrect mismatches on the DEAR report.   
4. OP-29 Diagnosis Codes Measure Column (All) now links to the appropriate pdf.   
5. Medisolv Staging Key(GWTG ID) will now adhere to Saved View Layout.
