      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.222

      The version was released on March 24, 2021 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. Added a field 'Has Multiple Measure Sets' on the Abstraction page for a Case that qualifies for multiple measure sets and appears on the abstraction list.
      2. Added Arrival Date, Arrival Time, Departure Date, and Departure Time to the field list  for the Continuous Measure Results Report.
      3. IPF Non-Measure Data Report is able to be run by quarter.
      4. Added Location ID to Annotations Report Field List.
      5. Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry Report PC-05 exclusions ordering now matches TJC DDSP Form.
      6. 'Total' added to Perfect Care Report.
      7. Race Mapping for Meditech DR facilities updated to reflect CMS changes effective 1/1/2021. This is not applicable to EA Cloud clients.
      8. The IRR Comparison will no longer consider questions not applicable to other subpopulations for CSTK as part of the comparison.
      9. OP Web-based Measures Report has been updated to consider requirements based on CCN for facilities that share a CCN.
      10. The Event Measures Grid has Save View Layout added.
      11. CSTK worksheets - times are required for all codes on particular TJC Specifications tables - 8.1a, 8.1b, 8.2d, 8.2e.  The abstraction will not complete unless the times are present.
      12. Increase the number of quarters to six in the drop-down for Sepsis Bundle Report.
      13. Cases No Longer in Population Report: Removed Columns Expected Strata and Strata Name as these were for PC-Newborns prior to the 4Q2020 split into PC-Newborn BF and PC-Newborn UNC.
      Fixed Issues:
      1. HBIPS-Event worksheets were displaying an error message and were unable to be completed. This is corrected.
      2. Admitting Diagnosis Code will be rejected on import if invalid.
      3. GWTG button on STK-OP and ASR-OP was not reflecting sent status.  This has been corrected.
      4. The verbiage for responses to, 'Was the newborn admitted to the NICU at this hospital at any time during the hospitalization?' for the MassHealth NEWB-1 Measure for 1Q2021 was corrected.  Previously, the responses matched the responses for, 'Is there documentation that the newborn was exclusively fed breast milk during the entire hospitalization?' Please check MassHealth NEWB-1 1Q2021 abstractions for accuracy after the update.
      5. The Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry Report is now displaying PC-05 in the Ratio Measures grid for 4Q2020.
      6. SEP-1 CMS Specifications available from the Data Element Help icon for Data Element Broad Spectrum or Other Antibiotic Administration is corrected.
      7. As long as a User is signed into EA Cloud, they will automatically be signed into the Knowledge Center.
