      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.308

      The version was released on March 30, 2022 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. COMING SOON: Worksheet Question and Case Friendly Name will be added to Medisolv File Import Specifications. New specifications will be published soon.
      2. Patient Identifier, Admission Date and Discharge/Service Date added to the field list on the Submission Edit Checks Report.
      3. HBIPS-EVTS added to Abstractor Productivity. If multiple events are added at the same time, one instance of the event worksheet will display.
      4. 30-minute cache added to the Clinical File Rejections Report.
      5. Updated Submission Details Tab on Home Page.
      6. HF Sampling statement updated: Sampling will select cases from the HF Population list up to the number you have selected.  Only cases on the HF Population list will be selected for the HF Sample.  The HF Population will display ONLY Sampled Cases once sampling is done. Once sampling is done, it cannot be undone.
      7. Home Page graph percentage now shows three decimal points for accuracy.
      8. Zip Code will be obtained for Events from Base File Data, if present.  If not (for a non-discharged patient), the abstractor will need to enter the zip code.  Zip Code is required for patient-level IPFQR data.
      9. New ICD-10 Diagnosis Codes Z28.310, Z28.311 and Z28.39 and ICD-10 Procedure Codes XW023X7, XW023Y7, XW013V7, XW013W7, XW023V7, XW023W7, XW0DXR7, XW0G7R7 and XW0H7R7 added.
      10. Rate Measure Outlier Report now includes PC-Mothers and VTE effective 1Q2022. Cases already abstracted must be resaved to appear on the report.

      Issues Fixed:

      1. Specifications Manual linked in Sepsis worksheet corrected to display CMS Specifications, rather than TJC for Discharge Date.
      2. Submission Edit Checks was displaying Visit ID under Account Number for non-Cloud version. This is fixed.
      3. IRR Comparison updated to no longer consider the older questions for 2021 and forward for TR.   
      4. HF Sampling limited to Facility Administrator role.
      5. Data Administrator Role - added Cases Not Qualified for any IPP and Provider NPI Update to access permission. TJC Submission Selection access removed from this role.
      6. Continuous Measure Results Save/Remove View Layout error resolved.
