EC – Group and Provider Reports

To access these reports, go to Clinician – Reporting – Group and Provider Reports:

You will then be able to export the report based on Group or Provider. You can also customize the date range by selecting the calendar:

Once you have selected your group or provider; you can then click export to excel or export to PDF.
