Department Cost Ratio Import

You can import Department Cost Ratios from a .CSV file into the RAPID application.

From the Cost Data Updates section of the Left menu on the Administration page, select Department Cost Ratio Import. This action displays the Department Cost Ratio Import page.

Click on the Browse... button and select a file. Please note that your .CSV file should have the following information in it:

• Source (the hospital's three letter Source ID)

• Corporation

• Department

• Ratio

• Start Date

• End Date

Check the Overwrite table with file? checkbox to replace the data in the database table with the data imported. Leave unchecked to append the imported data to the existing table.

Once you have selected your .CSV file, click on the Upload button to import the data.
