Deleted Visits

This report displays deleted visits.

• Select quarter from the drop down menu.
• Select hospital (optional).
• Click Go.

• The report returns deletes grouped by month. Clicking on the (+) displays details.

• The Action field is available in the field list and can be added to the report to display if the case was deleted from the measure set or from everywhere.

• Deleted visits are not reported to CMS/TJC.
