Delete Duplicate Cases from On-Prem

This allows a Facility Administrator to delete duplicate visits (exact duplicates - same Medisolv ID, Visit ID, etc., but two rows in IPPSnapshot) where neither case is able to be opened in Abstraction - an error is received. This routine is available on the Facility Admin menu under Administration.

The first grid is the normal delete visits grid. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find a second grid called Delete Duplicates.

If cases are in this grid, the Delete Duplicates button will be available. Click Delete Duplicates and you will receive a pop-up.

Click Ok. 

This removes the duplicate cases and allows the remaining cases to be abstracted.
