Data Entry for Self-Attestation Measures

Hospitals attesting to the Objective Measures for the Promoting Interoperability Program must enter implementation dates for the Self-Attestation (Yes/No) Measures in order to see an accurate compliance status reflected on the results tab.

1. Navigate to the PI Stage 3 Self-Attestation Date Entry page (as above)
2. Expand the measure by selecting the + to the left of the measure name
3. Click on the Book icon to enter the start date (a stop date is not needed, leave that field blank)
   
4. Click on the Disc icon to save
   
5. Edits are made by selecting the Pencil icon.
6. Deletions are made by selecting the Red X icon.
