ENCOR Dashboard: Building a Dashboard

1. Click Administration.

2. The Administration Options are displayed.  

3. Click Manage Dashboards.

4. Click the Add Dasboard icon (boxed below).

5. Name the Dashboard and select the Dashboard Type (if available), the View and Calendar or Fiscal Year.

View has several options as per the screenshot below.

6. Use the filter boxes to locate the desired indicators and check the box in the far right column to select an indicator for the dashboard.

7. Once you have selected all of your indicators, click the Save icon to Save,

the Save and Sort icon if you wish to Save and Reorder

or the Cancel icon to Cancel and return to the previous page.

8. Save and Sort opens a window that lists the indicators and allows them to be re-ordered by using the numbered drop-down boxes on the right.

 

9. Once Save (or Save and Sort) is selected, the Dashboard will appear in the Dashboard list.

They will also appear in the Change Dashboards pop-up.
