      Create Snapshot

      1. From the top toolbar, select Hospital → Administration → Create Snapshot

      2. Next
        1. Select the Hospital
        2. Select the Measure Type: EH or EC
        3. Select the Report Type: eCQM, Objective, or both
        4. Select Date Range
        5. Name the snapshot so that is accurately describes its purpose.
      3. Click Create Snapshot.

      4. Confirm that snapshot completed without error by selecting View Snapshot (in the confirmation message).

      Note: Do not navigate away from the screen until the confirmation message appears.
