Printable Continuous Measure Results
- Click on the reporting icon in ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures
- From the drop-down menu Choose Data Quality
- Select Continuous Measure Results
- Set up Dataset Filters, enter the Date Range, choose selections & click Go.
- Select Hospitals for Multi-Hospital Facilities
- Select Individual Measure Set or Several Measure Sets.
- If you want to look at specific measures, you can search and select the measures by checking the box next to the Measures you want to include.
- Check the box to include In-progress cases.
- By default, the report is grouped by Measure ID. The Mean and Median for each Measure is displayed.
- To view individual cases, click on the (+) symbol next to the Measure ID.
Identifying extreme values
- Identifying extreme values (those values that are larger than expected) can be accomplished by grouping by Measure Value and sorting Measure Value in descending order.
- Group by Measure Value, then sort Measure Value in ↓ Descending order by clicking the Measure Value label once, then a second time.
- This will now list any potential extreme values at the top of the Measure Value column. An extreme value can be the result of an incorrect date or time entered.
- To review the Extreme Values, drill-down on any Measure Value to view the Measure ID and Medisolv Identifier by clicking on the (+) symbol next to Measure Value.
- Click on the (+) symbol next to the Measure ID to expand your view.
- The abstract icon with standard color coding is displayed for each record and can be opened from this page.
- Right-click the abstraction icon to open in a new tab or new window or hold down the CTRL key and click the abstraction icon.
- This report can be set-up in the desired format using grouping and sorting. Once set-up, Save View Layout will make these selections the default layout the page opens in.
- The below pop-up appears after a View is saved.
- To remove a saved layout, click Remove Saved Layout. The below pop-up is displayed. Click OK to remove the saved view.
This report has a 30 minute cache.
