Case Lock Lookup Report

This report allows a facility admin to look up the lock history of a case. It is located on the Administration page under the Facility Admin menu.

The case can be searched by either Medisolv Identifier or Case Identifier.

To run the report, enter either the Medisolv Identifier or Case Identifier into the appropriate search box and click Go.

The report displays the abstraction instances, including the Logged Worksheet Action.  Logged Worksheet Actions include Saved, Saved and Locked, and Unlocked.
