Reporting

Case History

The Case History Report provides an overview of each case – when the case first came into ENCOR-a (Date Created), the Service and Admit Date, and so on. This report is very handy when you need to research the history behind a case.

  1. Click the Reporting Icon in ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures
    1. From the Drop-Down Menu Choose Population
    2. Select Case History

  • Choose Quarter from the drop-down menu and make your hospital selection(s). 

  • The report will show the entire list of cases in all populations for the quarter, including cases that are Measure Status 'Excluded by Sampling'. These are cases that qualify for the Initial Patient Population, but were not selected to be part of the random sample.
  • The Case History report has an extensive Field List.

  • For example, this report can be used to perform the following checks:
    • Using the Date Created field, you can see the date a case came into ENCOR-a
    • Review Birth weights

This report has a 30 minute cache.
