In most cases, the ENCOR application refreshes and loads new data nightly. The date and time of the last data load is located in the upper right corner of the top toolbar.
If the date/time stamp is less than 24 hours old, the refresh completed successfully.
If the date/time stamp is greater than 24 hours old or if there is a “yield” sign next to the date/time stamp, please contact your ENCOR consultant.
