Admin Reports: Cancelled Visits

The Cancelled Visits report lets RAPID Administrators view cancelled accounts that were brought into the RAPID datamart from the Meditech Data Repository.

To view the report, select Cancelled Visits from under Admin Reports.

If there are any deleted visits, they are displayed in a grid format. The information on this screen includes:

•    Visit Identity,

•    Account Number,

•    Source ID,

•    Last Row Update DateTime,

•    DateTime Deleted.

Under the Gear Menu, some standard RAPID options are available:

• Email, which allows you to email the report to yourself or other users,
• Export to PDF/Excel/Word, which allows you to export your data into one or more of these formats,
• Print, which you can use to print hard-copies of your report.
