Admin Reports: Access Logs by Patient

The Access Logs by Patient lets RAPID Administrators view whether a particular patient's record was accessed by any RAPID users for a selected timeframe.

To view the logs, select Access Logs by Patient from under Admin Reports.

Then select the time period (By Date, Calendar Year, or Fiscal Year), specify the From and To dates, Frequency (for Fiscal or Calendar year selection), and then click the Go button to generate the report.

You must also enter any one detail in the Visit Detail Filters section:

  • Unit Number,
  • Account Number,
  • Visit ID,
  • Patient Name, either a partial or complete name,
  • Exact Name checkbox - check if the name you entered in the Patient Name textbox has to exactly match the patient's name; leave unchecked if the value you entered in the textbox above is a partial string.

Then click the Go button to generate the report.

Under the Gear Menu, some standard RAPID options are available:

  • Export to PDF/Excel/Word, which allows you to export your data into one or more of these formats,
  • Print, which you can use to print hard copies of your report.
