Admin Report: User Access Report

The User Report lets RAPID Administrators view what kinds of access a user has - whether s/he has access patient data, clinical data, financial data and administrative data. RAPID administrators can deactivate a user account from this page, export this report to Excel/PDF/Word or email this report to themselves or to others.

To view the report, select User Report from under Admin Reports.

A list of all users and the types of access they have is displayed in a grid format. The information on this screen includes:

  • User Login,
  • Meditech User ID,
  • First Name,
  • Last Name,
  •  Email,
  •  Date Created,
  •  Date Modified,
  • User Status - specifies whether the user is active in RAPID or not,
  • Access Patient Data - specifies whether the user has PHI access or not,
  • Access Clinical Data,
  • Access Financial Data,
  • Access Administrative Data,
  • Employee Title,
  • Manage - this column contains a Deactivate button next to active user records. You can use this button to deactivate individual employees.

Under the Gear Menu, some standard RAPID options are available:

  • Email, which allows you to email the report to yourself or other users,
  • Export to PDF/Excel/Word, which allows you to export your data into one or more of these formats,
