Creating a New Hubspot User

Definitions/Acronyms:
TP: Target Process. The system Medisolv uses to manage tickets for all internal and external requests.
Summary:
In the event that an employee needs a Hubspot account, this document outlines the conditions and procedures for that request.
Procedures:
- The employee’s manager will generate a TP ticket and tag the CRM Owner. Employee will include the following information:
- Name
- Email Address
- Department
- Any special permissions required
- “CRM Owner” will assign employee a user account in Hubspot and select:
- Permission Set:
- Advanced User
- CS Rep
- CS Rep Service Seat: Ability to generate Knowledge Center Articles (Additional cost)
- Engineering
- Executive
- External Developer
- Limited
- Sales Rep
- Sales Enterprise Seat: Advanced sales capabilities (Additional cost)
- Super Admin
- Team:
- Client Services
- Engineering
- Executive

- Finance

- Presets: Default Dashboard
- Permission Set:
- Email is generated from Hubspot directly to employee. Employee is responsible for completing the registration and confirming successful access with manager.
- CRM owner will update the TP ticket when it has been completed.
- Employee’s manager will update and close the TP ticket when it has been completed.
Conditions:
- CRM Owner is the only person who can set up new users in the system.
- No Super Admins are permitted without Executive approval.
- CRM Owner will complete Hubspot user access request within one business day.
