Account Management: Source/User Access

The Source/User Access section lets RAPID Administrators manage which hospitals (Source) a user has access to.

To manage hospital access, select Administration from the RAPID Toolbar and then Source/User Access from under Account Management in the left-hand menu.

Select a username from the Users scroll box. When you perform this action, the source or hospitals that the user has access to are displayed in the left side scroll box, and the source that user does not have access to are displayed on the right.

Module and Report Access: Granting Access to Sources

From the Access From column on the right, select one or more Source(s), and click the Left arrow.

The Source(s) you selected now appear in the scroll box on the left.

Once you are done with setting up access, click on the:

• Submit button to save the user's source access, or
• Cancel to discard your changes.

RAPID displays a message stating "Record updated."

Module and Report Access: Revoking Access from Sources

From the Access To column on the left, select one or more Source(s), and click the Right arrow.

The Source(s) you selected now appear in the scroll box on the right.

Once you are done with setting up access, click on the:

• Submit button to save the user's source access, or
• Cancel to discard your changes.

RAPID displays a message stating "Record updated."
