      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.301

      The version was released on March 10, 2022 and addresses the following: 

      Enhancements:

      1. Implemented GWTG Stroke Migration to IRP.  Once GWTG implements IRP, we will enable this in order to perform data transfer per the GWTG integration.
      2. Peer Count added to Provider Attribution Report.  This will display the number of physicians in the Peer Denominator.
      3. Admission Time will now be accepted in the HBIPS-EVT and HBIPS-EVT Unlimited optional Clinical Files.
      4. Saved View layout will retain Medisolv Staging Key (GWTG ID) across facility and quarter when in use.
      5. Psych Inpatient Days Medicare and Non-Medicare added to Event Rate Results in order to review data entry for EA Cloud.
      6. PC-Newborns BF will no longer revert to In Progress when Birth Weight is updated by the IPPS base import file.
      7. Additional fields added to Measure Decision Point - Birth Date, Admit Date and Provider Name.
      8. Legend added to IRR Comparison for value E.
      9. Save View Layout added to Submission Edit Checks.
      10. Note added to Manage Abstracted Data Elements Report, "Any changes made to this report will reflect for ALL Users in the Organization, including the SFTP auto-generated report that your Organization may be receiving."
      11. Facility Name added to TJC Submission Selection grid.
      12. Month and Payor Source Code (MassHealth Payor) added to Cases Not Qualified for Any IPP report.
      13. IPFQR changes implemented for 2021 and 2022 to allow patient level data submission for those facilities that opt-in for 2021 data and the required transmission for 2022 data. See Upcoming Psych Measure Changes for details.
      14. Twelve (12) quarters will be available in the Quarter dataset filter on the following reports:
        • Measure Decision Point
        • Case History
        • Event Rate Results
        • Excluded Visit Analysis Report
        • Patient Population
        • Quarterly Population and Sampling
        • Abstracted Data Element Export Report
        • Deleted Visits
      15. STK added to Rate Measure Outlier Report beginning with 1Q2022 Discharges.  


      Issues Fixed:

      1. Principal Diagnosis will now appear on Cases Not Qualified for Any IPP.
      2. CSTK worksheet Discharge Time Data Element Help now displays the correct page from TJC Specifications.
      3. Cases Not Qualified for Any IPP was displaying Patient Identifier and Case Identifier reversed. They display in the correct field now.
      4. Continuous Measure Results Annotations field now displaying without extra characters.
      5. Manager access role now has access to Print Worksheet page.
      6. Potential Outlier Report will default to 'Yes' in the Potential Outlier field. It will no longer display any data if this is changed to 'No'. If the Potential Outlier filter is removed, only Potential Outlier = 'Yes' is displaying. For all cases (not outliers only), the Cases by Category Assignment Report should be used. 
      7. TJC Submission Selections Save after Migrate is now migrating and saving correctly.
      8. DischargeTimeRecord, TransitionDocumentationRecord and TransitionTimeRecord were missing from the Abstracted Data Element Export and the Manage Abstracted Data Elements Report for TR. They have been added to the Manage Abstracted Data Elements Report page and can be selected to be added to receive them in the sFTP report.
      9. OP-ED Throughput worksheet Arrival Time Data Element Help now displays the correct page from Outpatient Quality Reporting Specifications.
